I have always taken photos and made short films, and even though I am a Screenwriting Major in college, I still regularly take pictures and film videos to keep up with my creative side. I think images and writing go hand in hand in so many different ways. When I am writing for example, I am imagining a scene, what I am seeing, feeling, hearing at the moment. How will my surroundings change my actions? How would I react in a given situation?
Everywhere I go, I am constantly looking for an angle that’s different from the rest. I also like landscapes and ethereal light. I try to capture this in the photos I take.
Hopefully, knowing a little about my perspective will help you understand my love for storytelling and the thoughts behind what I tell.
